HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!

Saturday, November 01, 2003

Dad, how did you get your post on Monday to read "posted by Bob?" I think everyone should be able to post under their own personal identity, so we know who's who. As it is now most of them say they've been posted by me. Welp, I'm going to a show with Tawd here. My first Cicncinnati music scene experience!
hey guys!
how was your halloween? we passed out candy here. i put on my western shirt and wranglers and made an oversized belt buckle out of foil that said "DON"T MESS WITH TEXAS" and had a picture of the great state on it. tonight i'm going to a show with tawd bell and then tomorrow i'm going to King's Island for free! i'll let y'all know how it is. love y'all!

Weird Dad, we must have posted at the exact same time!
Sounds like you are getting settled in. That is cool about the free banking with online service. Hope your phone transition goes as well. We drove to Frisco to see Meg on Friday night. They had about 50 people that night and another 25 came for day two. It sounds like it went well. Strap and Justin Coefield both said to tell you hey. Justin and Jan said you were one of the funniest guys they have ever know and they both miss seeing you. Meg made it home on Saturday night. She's doin good. She and Mom and Tanya went shopping this afternnon. Church was pretty good. Scott wrote the program and I edited it and added a few things. Several folks made good comments. Nathan did a good job but he came across fairly tentative and pretty quiet. It reminded me and Mom of your first few weeks. You really grew into the role and we are praying Nathan will do the same. Why don't you email him and ask how things went...plus give him some encouraging words. We miss you and love you. Heard anything about a job yet? I'm sure the Lord will provide. All is well here. All our love...DAD
Dearest fam...
Well, God takes care of me. The last two days I have done some yardwork and some painting/dry wall. In two days I've made about $180 bucks! Not bad. :) Here's the weird thing...the yardwork was for the Detweilers - Karin and Linford of Over the Rhine; and the house work was for Ric Hordinski (former guitar player of OTR). Strangeness!

I'm going to try to get my cell phone situation taken care of Monday so I can call y'all soon. I hope Midpointe went well. I'm wearing my Haggar sweater right now Dad, it's already pretty cool. Mom, I don't think you could handle it. :) Okay, I love y'all...
